The
firm was founded in April 1950 by two founding partners, namely, S
Natarajan & K Swaminathan. The firm is presently headed by R
Narayanamohan, who is the senior partner
has been with the firm since 1976.Mr.R. Narayanamohan took over the
firm from the original founders after their retirement. Mr.R.
Narayanamohan is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of
India – FCA, Certified Public Accountant of Singapore - CPA, Member of
the Singapore Institute of Management, Fellow of the Association of
Chartered Certified Accountants U.K - FCCA and Fellow of Certified
Public Accountants Australia - FCPA.

 Mr.Tanabalan
Mr. Tanabalan s/o Kuppusamy is a Bachelor of Accountancy graduate from Nan yang Technological University of Singapore. He is a member of ICPAS since 1997 & has vast experience in Audit & Management & Business Consultancy such as Corporate restricting, Internal Control Review & due Diligence. He was an Audit Principal & director of Consulting in a local Medium sized Audit firm, prior to joining Natarajan & Swaminathan as Audit Manager in July 2003. He was admitted as a partner in July 2007 in Natarajan & Swaminathan.

Lee Chong Hua
He is a member of the Institute of Certified
Public Accountants, Singapore. He has accumulated more than 10 years of experience
in accounting profession, having worked for one of the
International Accounting Firms & Medium Sized Public Accounting firms as
well as a public listed entity in Singapore prior to joining the firm
as a partner.
